Probably not. I'm not pro but silver was god awful. You have to match getting fed with how much your team feeds their ass off. Kat probably isnt the best carry champion though. Not 1v5 anyways. Your builds and everything look fine. IMO aim for more control mages..or even something like malz (busted atm) and go to your team if they wont group with you

Kat isn't that great for team comps so shes not really a great champ to climb on. Try finding a champ that offers some CC for your team.
