Taking TR Serious? Working through the problems.

This is just a general discussion but the topic is addressing team recruitments lack of serious players. Over the past month or so i have used team recruitment and is it just me or does it seem like it's not working? Don't get me wrong i made a bunch of new friends :) but none them have made a serious effort to form a competitive League of Legends team. IE: LF team gold v support main. typically a couple of players will respond I set up a game then I play a normal or maybe even a ranked lose like 1-3 games then everyone leaves the team? i assure you the top elo 5s/3s team didn't get there by just partying up lol. So all i ask is that before you leave that 0-3 5s team think about why you loss those game and try to work through the problems you had as a team otherwise what is the point.
