I am the captain of Team Immortal Dragons White. I'm starting up this team because I really want to find a group of players that are dedicated to the game and want to improve there skills. This team is all about commitment, positive attitudes, perseverance, and having fun. We will have team meetings on specified days and also team practice. Questions time Why? I don't quite understand your team There's a name, and something like a rationale("..commitment, positive attitudes, perseverance, and having fun. ") But what I'm missing is the goal statement Expectations of your members Your other members

I'm sure I've seen posts like this around for awhile(sorry if I'm duplicating the same stuff)
