Support main searching for serious ranked 5s team (LFG)

I have been playing LoL since mid season 2 and I've got good in game knowledge and understanding of lane match-up in the bot lane. My champion pool consists of all meta champions and several pocket picks for counter play. I would say that my best 3 are with close behind. My favorite champion is and he is my absolute best but he doesn't have many great match-ups in this meta. I am consistent and I can adapt to almost any adc's play style and support preference. I'm unsure of my flaws in play and would like to have a team of good players help me to analyze what my flaws are and show me how to correct the most fatal ones. I am serious about going far and I will prove myself if need be. If anybody is interested please add me in game for more in depth information.
