D5 Support Main looking for a 5's team

Currently looking for a 5's team, I have been playing the game since season 2 and have a very deep understanding of it and how teams should work. I do allot of shot calling for past teams and have an endless pool of champions. I am available pretty much all the time and am looking for a team to play consistently with and to improve with, I am looking for plat and above players to either make a team with or join a team with plat and above players on it.
