How's it going guys? I'm Kira Hibiki, I am the Captain of Supreme Rivals. As of today, our team has entered into the 'off-season' where we open our team to new incoming talent. Although all of our positions are all occupied, but not every spot is guaranteed, they are earned; and we welcome any professional/aspiring professionals looking for an opportunity to display their skill set.

It wouldn't be fair to blindside incoming prospects with nonspecific standards, so we critique each candidate on the following factors:

-Attitude, we're not looking for captain positive, nor are we looking for Eeyore. Winning and losing are the essential results of competition; these factors will always be there, so why should they affect your attitude? Every single victory was first achieved in the mind. How do you handle a personal error? How do you handle a victory?

-Communication, there is nothing more amazing than a team that can communicate clearly and decisively. You've seen it time after time-- games will always lean toward the team that can effectively devise and execute a plan. Not only is planning and executing pivotal to the in-game leader. the leader depends on the information that is fed through his teammates to him. So we ask you: Can you feed information being assertive? How effectively can you make a call? (i.e there's a ward here (ping) until 5:00)

-Work Ethic, there is nothing as important as doing something, as 'why' you do it. That might sounds a bit confusing, let us break it down. Being punctual and meaning what you say have a very spellbinding affect. Actions mean everything. Practice times, scrim times, tournaments times, they're all just numbers on a clock, but what they mean are commitments. A commitment made by 5 individuals coming together to achieve. We understand that we do live in an accident/incident prone world and nothing is always perfect. Please understand that we keep a very high standard not just for show, but to honor the commitment of all our competitive players. Because a players' commitment isn't just something we demand, but something we take to heart. And we will do our absolute best to meet you halfway. Our schedules are flexible and are solely built around our players.

In-game Attributes:

-Laning. in our early careers of playing this game, we become dependent of other lanes. As more games progress we progress from being 'dependent' to 'independent'. Where we can handle our own lane and farm like a boss. After we become 'independent' laners, we reach a level where we become 'dependable' laners. Where you can say with confidence to your teammate, "you can count on me." This is the trust and confidence we instill in every player-- sure, there may be a few games where we cannot get all 101 creeps by 10 minutes, and that's not our only ideology to laning. Our philosophy comes from having a strong laning phase which leads into a strong early dragon control, and that leads into closing out games (simply put). So we ask you: How many creeps by 10 minuets? How well do you know all of your match-ups? Can you maintain being a threat on the map to draw jungle pressure? How do you deal with an unfavorable scenario? 1v1? 2v1? 3v1? In lane

These are the entry standards for incoming candidates. Additional critiquing factors will be applied as the process advances. Action is everything, we take tryouts game-play to assist us in finalizing decisions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
