Creating a Serious Gold+ Team

Hey guys, I'm looking to create a serious gold+ team that will go in tournaments, and practice with solo queue. You will need to be dedicated, but if you're willing to commit yourself, and are at least gold, feel free to fill out the application (plats can apply, but they have to be OK with playing ranked with golds).
