Diamond 4 Top Main LF Serious Team

I am a Diamond 4 Top Main. I have a bit of experience with a few other ranked 5's teams, but nothing that has really clicked.

I am not looking for a manager role for the team either. I have tried this and I just do not enjoy this aspect of the game.

Top 3 Champions: -Maokai -Shen -Malphite

It would be nice if everyone on the team plays meta picks. Once you climb this is very important.

In a perfect world the team will have good management that will be able to schedule practices and tournaments.
