Mid Silver Jungler / Gold Last Season - Looking for Dynamic or Team Ranked Que

I play a variety of jungler, very well. I was Gold 2 last season and got shafted by riot in my placement this season I started in silver 5, Ive climbed to silver 2 so far but deal with some very heavy trolling and just flat out terrible people.
