Creating Team Looking for Players

Looking to coach/manage a team, I feel like a coach/manager who can frequently replace players if they are not up to par with skill or willingness to play and improve can keep a team going unlike many other forum teams that abandon after a week or 2.

I dont like to say, i only play aggressive or i only play passive, i always take the first 2 or 3 levels to analyze how my opponents play, if they are landing their skill shots, or if they are scared and then take control from there Timezone: Central Daily Time Played: 2AM-5AM, 7am-2:30PM U.S. Central Time Rank: Silver 5 Shotcall?: I like To shotcall, and i personally believe i have the capability to do it. Also been practicing Lulu, Janna, and Morg. Different champs with different styles Playstyle: Passive aggressive, i like to be the one to get a hard engage going. Love team fighting. Top 5 Champs: Hecarim, Sion, Swain, Diana, Jayce Playstyle: My playstyle is a flip between Split Push and Grouping as I play champs like Hecarim who can force split or be a roaming and teamfighting menace. Timezone: U.S. Central Time Daily Time Played: 2-4 hours weekdays 4-7 weekends. Rank: Silver 5 Shotcall? I have not tried to shotcall many games when i play 5's with friends they usually call the shots but I am willing to learn and see if I can do so.
