Looking for ranked team Dynamic Q

Hey, I placed bronze 2.. Had 3 games with either a leaver or just straight trolls that refuse to communicate.. I have good communication, mic, big champion pool, and can play jungle / mid well.. I play basically every day at the moment from 5 pm EST to 3 am EST.
