Plat Top Main LFT!

Greetings,

I am currently looking to join a serious team that is aiming to play in amateur leagues. I'd like to play with a group that is not going to disband after a rough patch and that is willing to improve as a team. Ideally, we could practice a bunch and participate actively in tournaments and such.

Main role : Top Rank (s5) : Plat 5 Rank (s6) : Plat 5 Availability : Anytime past 6 EST. Weekends open Top 5 Champions : Riven, Garen, Poppy, Nautilus, Malphite (My champion pool is much larger, those are just my absolute best)
