Gold 3 with Gold 1 MMR Looking for Couch / Duo Smurf Partner

Hey first off my name is Josh. I've been playing League of Legends since Season 3. I hit 30 Early Season 4 and since then have played over 4,000 Ranked Games. My main got banned for scripting after I failed my Gold Series for the 3rd time, and I pretty much Quit league for 1 month. Came back, did promos got Silver 2, Carried myself to Silver 1 promos, had a Diamond Smurf help me get into Gold 5 and then i got up to Gold 4 promos by myself not losing a single game, then won both of my promos got put into Gold 3. I checked my MMR and it said I should climb 2 divisions. Right now I'm at Gold 3 0LP 1539MMR which is high Gold 2. I'm just looking for a non - Toxic Smurf with Voice comms to duo with, "carry me." Whilst giving me tips in - game. I am very knowledgable about winning the game. ie. Rotations. I just need to work on some things like laning phase, and positioning in teamfights / warding positions.
