Hello everyone, this is Cone here from True Minded Gaming. I am making a post looking for the following positions: Starting Jungle Starting Mid Starting ADC Starting Support Head Coach Assistant Coach Analyst Sub Top Sub Jungle Sub Mid Sub ADC Sub Support
I understand that there are many positions there, but all our needed for this team. We are under an organization called True Minded Gaming, and we participate in their amateur series. A link to the website for this series may be found below. All of these positions are needed, but the 4 players are the most urgent. We have a game next weekend and we are looking for players that will be able to make practice during the week as well as showing up during the weekend for our games. We are looking for players with good work ethic, and a drive to improve and be the best they can possibly be, while improving as a team. There are some basic requirements to join this team, listed below. Please do not apply for this team if you are not interested in being a part of a long term team that will improve over time.
Requirements to join the team: Gold -Platinum ONLY. This a league with no diamonds or above, and we want only Gold-Platinum players. Main the position you are applying for. Have a working mic. Have discord or able to download. In the EST timezone or able to play at peak EST hours. Be over the age of 13. Be willing to improve as a team and individually.

So i know the struggles and issues that can occur when going to scrims/tourneys and someone doesnt show up. Or getting scheduled pratices. I know how to give and take constructive criticism, i also know how to setup VODs and doing team reviews.

How would you rate your mechanics 1-10: 9, I have been playing the game since the end of season 2 and have had an opportunity to analyze then be the head coach for a high plat/low diamond team Artificial Intelligence before taking over the team Natural Intellect. I have also been in charge of many teams over the years that have developed my understanding of the game.
How you would rate your game knowledge 1-10: 9, I am very confident in my mechanics and my ability to show off my skills with excellence and perseverance.
Are you willing to talk during games(a lot of people think that because they are Top or ADC they don't have to talk): Of course I have plenty of experience shot calling for teams over the past few years.
Do you have any previous experience on a team, if so, please explain: Yes, I have played on multiple serious teams over the past 2 1/2 years. The highest in Ranked 5's that I have reached was plat III (when ranked 5's was still a thing) and taken part of many tournaments victoriously.
