Gold ADC - LF Ranked 5s team

Am expirienced playing every ADC champion. Just looking for a team that wants to improve. My expectations of a team would be scrims, and practice sessions with the team. Not just playing the game, but it would be nice to practice overall mechanics with the team, such as CS and warding and such. Looking for a progressive team, not players that just think they are good and want to win. If anyone in the team could record replays and we could go over losses as well, that would be amazing. I'm looking for a team that wants to COMPLETELY get better at the game, in every sense. Not to just be good enough.
