Looking for a serious team to climb

Hello im Max Vice and im looking for a team or premades for dynamic queue, i have free time for grow i need ppl who are dedicated in game and want to grow like me. My best positions are adc/supp if someone is interested add me in game and we talk. My objective is climb to gold again and go further like platinum looking for a team because i think this game is a team game so im tired to play alone and waste my ranks... if any team need any of these positions will be a pleasure to fill them :)
