Silver 1 getting back to gold

I feel like I've been rigged by Riot for playing solo in this clown fiesta dynamic queue. I am looking for a good JG/MID/TOP that is also feeling the same. If I have a good top/mid we can win a LOT of games. Probably one tier in an afternoon. My KDA is usually good and have above avg farm and better positioning then typical ADCs in silver.
