Creating a ranked team (Bronze/silver)

Hi i am in bronze 2 and would like to get out of bronze and into silver. I am looking for one people to join into the team we play daily and have some fun in normal's before we jump into ranked matches. Skype is mandatory so that we can talk and coordinate. I would prefer if you were around my age i am 15.
