Support and Adc looking for a 5v5 team

Hello, My friend and I are looking for a Silver-Gold Team that needs a good Duo bottom lane! I can play every adc and understand the game very well (I was diamond season 2 and 3) but after a long break (All of season 4) I'm finding that I need to learn all of the new stuff that came with season 4.
