Silver 1 Mid/Top Looking for Duo top get Gold+

I am looking for a long term duo partner to climb to gold and beyond with. I main mid and top lane, but I can play all roles if needed. Voice communication is a must, so please have a working mic. No Ragers, like I said earlier I want a long term duo partner, and mistakes will be made by everyone.
