a lot of people in low elo can be rooted out with a simple 1v1. it shows if they can cs, if they know about lane control how they play when behind or ahead.

It's a Bronze and Silver team.

Why bother looking for anything specific? Pick up anyone and work together on issues..none of the people currently on the team or planning to join are good at the game, so you may as well just learn together.

because there, even in silver their players of different skill levels, theirs the guy who is s5 right out of promos and theirs the guy who is s5 with 400 ranked games played, who is better?
