Jungler Looking for Serious Team

Hey guys, first off thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am looking for a team that is at somewhat of a decent skill level and looking for improve. I am done dealing with teams that break up within a week, so for that reason I am asking that you not contact me looking to create one, because once teams start losing they tend to disband.

On to the good stuff... I am looking for a team that...

1. Has a good understanding of their role and game This is a very loosely used phrase so let me talk about what I mean. People that play niche picks I am more then welcome to play with, with open arms, but people that completely disregard the meta and run these ridiculous solo laners, I am just not interested in. I want a team that has a solid core. I want a foundation, this can speed up the process in which we learn, and we don't have to learn about champion pools, but more so our play as a team, and individually.
2. I want a team that can communicate effectively I tend to be a very vocal player, shotcaller, whatever you want to call it. I have a true understanding of the game, from basically studying every region's meta, playstyle, and games overall. In terms of team communication I mean a few things... Who we are focusing in teamfights is important and will allow us to consistently climb in ranked 5s as well as discussing what went wrong and criticism (constructive).
3. Have a genuine passion for learning and studying the game I expect our team to theorycraft, strategies, comps, etc. I want the team to be prepared for any situation we face in the game. If we lose, I want us ALL to watch it, and discuss what we could've done better etc.
4. Team has to play atleast 5 times a week Maybe 4, if we are good enough and I feel the extra day is ok to miss, because of skill.

6. I've played since season 1, but took about a 1.5 year break in season 4 and came back mid season 5. I did not play, but I did watch competitive and keep in touch with the game, this was due to me just being bored of the game.
7. I am a very versatile player, but I do favor torwards aggression, this might be because I tend to watch korea the most and their aggressive playstlyle is also reflected in my champ pool. This new META of the carry junglers, really fits me well. Top 5 Preferred -- Lee Sin, Nidalee, Elise, Evelynn, Gragas I've played since Season 1 so I've been through all of the META's as a jungler, so I am comfortable on almost all of them, for sakes I've even experimented with Akali and Morde.
8. I am an effective leader in and out of game, I've worked at a baseball facility for 8 years and have coached teams for 5. This has led for me to be a good leader.
9. Personality wise, I am very competitive, I absolutely hate losing. But Losing is learning in my eyes. It's hard to learn a lot when winning. I am pretty humble, funny, as well as sarcastic. I can crack a few good jokes here and there. I am also 22, so I am also mature.
10. I've jungled on multiple Plat teams, which consisted of Plats and Diamonds, but usually disbanded based around other people's play time. I'm running out of things to say, if you have any questions, add me in game @Clipzz

Please do not waste my time saying we can start a team. Most of these fail. But for 2-3 people I will make an exception obviously based upon the situation.
