Immersion Looking for a Good coach

Immersion is looking for a coach so we can improve as a team and to have a more serious feel to us. As for payment we can't offer that yet since there is no team currently to begin with and no actual way to get funds to pay you accordingly until we see the team make some actual head way 1st. Payment will come once immersion gets more off the ground and we can actually start doing things that require more money etc, so we're looking for a free coach that will help us improve.

WE'RE CURRENTLY A LOW ELO TEAM we’re only looking for great coaches. We review all applications but to have the best chance of joining the team, you should:

Be mature, responsible, and able to act professionally; Have a an Elo rating of 2200+; Have a strong understanding of your role(s), the game, and everything in between; Have some experience delivering LoL lessons; Be well organised and able to manage your schedule; and Be highly motivated and willing to learn;
