LF Low Silver Low Death Low MMR Duo

So as of late, I've been sucked into Elo Hell. Yes, I assure you it is a real place and let me explain why. When you get below 950 MMR you start dealing with the "all in ballz deep players" Most that wonder by them self and get caught out, or check baron/drag by them self, die, and throw the game. Also, not many players at this elo know how to ADC (I can't really say anything because I don't have the patience for it.) Anyway, If I try to Duo with my Silver 3 friend when I'm Silver 5 0LP (practically bronze again..) he brings SIII - SI players with him and I bring the bronzies. Well what happens when both of us get Jungle+Support? It's not very pretty , or in another instance would be us both bot and the other lanes are getting annihilated. Soo my solution to this is: to find another Silver player in elo hell that for the majority of their games, keeps their Deaths to a maximum of 6. Most players that I've seen in this purgatory always have 8+ deaths a game.
