Mature Player Looking for Coach

I recently started playing LoL again a few weeks ago after over a year. I was never what you would call a "Good" player but I have been getting frustrated lately in ranked games (Solo Queue). I play ADC Primarily, and I seem to do decent in Normals but in Ranked I get Flamed over and over. I Try to CS, Groupfight, kite, ward, and follow Pro builds and try to build reactive to the enemy team. I also watch a ton of You Tube Videos trying to learn tips and tricks, but I feel like I just get Dove and blown up Over and Over again no matter what I do. I make it a point not to respond to people who flame, however I want to get better in order to help the team, it really bothers me when I am not pulling my own weight. If any mature experienced Gold, Plat, Diamond, Etc... Players would like to play a few games and give me some tips, it would be much appreciated.
