looking for nonagressive team mates

I am a fairly decent league player but I am getting tired of; salt, flame, rage, and quitters. I would like to start a team with people who are fairly decent (s5+ as of last season.) I personally don't play ranked much but I do have a higher win rate than lose rate in ranked.
