Looking For Someone to Teach Me Ranked Gameplay (Or Norms Coach)

Im relatively new to League I would think. I started playing right around Rek'Sai's release and have been lvl 30 for a while and I have figured out what my strengts and weakness are to an extent but im still no too great at the game but when I play it feels as though ranked is far off in the distance. I like playing this game with my friends but my lack of knowledge of mechanics just makes me the odd man out, Im just looking for somebody to help me improve my gameplay.

Ranked is the same game as normals, if you put more stock into it you'll probably end up psyching yourself out, the best thing you can do is just to play the game, if you get stuck bronze realize that that is just where your skill level happens to be at the moment, don't fall into the habit of blaming your team or thinking it's something wrong with the matchmaking, focus on doing something better in the current game compared to the last, if anyone gives you grief about your rank just ignore them, they're just trying to feel superior to someone to make up for their own insecurities.

As far as gameplay goes, make the enemy react to what you're doing rather than trying to react to them, both with micro and macro. Also see what you can get away with in game, if you see a mistake from the enemy punish it as hard as you can, try zoning out enemies even if they might be stronger than you, a lot of people don't realize the potential of the champion they're playing or facing and won't be certain whether they really can beat you, you can use this to your advantage. Trade back damage as much well as you can for trades, even if you lose the trade it's better than taking free damage, try to get free damage on the enemy if you can, and if you're in a situation where you are 100% dead don't try to escape and end up wasting a bunch of resources only to die anyway, either try to take someone down with you or waste the enemies time so they can't capitalize on the death timer. Draw as much pressure to whatever part of the map you are on as possible. Also practice last hitting, it's super important.

Good luck on the fields of justice.

watching nalcs and higher ranked players definitely helps with self improvement. emotions and self composure are definitely things to keep in mind because the best and effective way to climb and get better is to have fun and remember its just a game. Also wherever you were placed the ranking system was made so people who wanted to climb can climb by getting better. other than saying that the mechanics you can learn on your own or by watching others perform them.
