Gold 3 ADC looking for coach/advice

I've been playing ranked non-stop the last two days and I feel like i've kinda hit a wall. I go even/slightly ahead every lane but i'm not sure how to extend my lead into later in the game.

I'm not the one to blame teammates or w/e for losing because I know I should be able to carry or at least bring the game extremely close.

I'm seeking coaching/advice, preferably from someone plat 2 or above. I can livestream and you can watch and give advice on skype.
