Looking for a Mentor... Sort of....

Hey guys, I am looking for a mentor of some sort. At the moment i am at silver 5, 0 lp. I am currently at a loss of what to do to win now, I dont know what position i main or who i play. Previously I climbed from Bronze 5 to Silver 4 90 lp pretty fast and recenlty i kind of lost all of my in game decision making and i change what lane i want to main every game. Basically i need someone (Preferably a higher rank) to set me in the right direction and basically answer my questions. I also need someone to tell me what i should play and how to play it because I have practically lost all skill and decision making i had and feel like the only way for me to start doing well again is for someone to help push me in the right direction.
