Team Looking For Top and Jungle Main

Whenever you see a post "new team looking for members", you feel that it will disband after placement series and never to meet again. Well, I don't want that to happen. I want to see the team grow and expand. I want to have members that will commit to being something that the team needs, not be something that the members needs. I need individuals that can listen to directions and fully commit to the decision made by the leader. Yes, the leader can make bad calls but by going through the mistakes is what make us stronger.

I am looking to make a team in the range from Gold 3 to Silver 5. I like to think of myself as a good macro player. Just to inform you, I will be leading the practices and strategies within the team, in and out of game.

If you are not comfortable with following and understanding others, there will be a problem in joining my team. Coming into the team, please be mentally prepared to be asked to follow me, the leader, whether its through thick or thin, high or low.

Please reply to this post on what you think I should know to consider you for the team. Rank is not of much importance but I prefer ranks from low-Silver to mid-Gold.
