[NA] G4 Top looking for G+ duo for end-of-season Plat push

Been up and down between G5 and G3 all season. Mostly a Poppy 1trick, but I bust out the Riven, Maokai, and Rumble on occasion. 54% winrate on Poppy in 200 games, 57% last year in 192. 56% winrate on Riven in 40 games. My secondary role is jungler. Looking for anyone else in Gold or higher to duo and try to make the push to plat before the season ends.
