Multi Role Gold Player LF Duo Que Partner

I'm a multi role gold player and have achieved gold on multiple accounts as jungle, top, and ADC. Looking for a gold level or higher player who can work around the meta and 2 man carry comps. I've been in promos for Plat, but haven't dedicated enough time to it.
Preferably looking for a very talented and good shot calling player that can work with me to carry matches. No bullsh*ting around, just climbing. Currently leveling a smurf to 30 (level 24). Either you're gold MMR already or we both start from our placements. Must play around 10PM-3AM EST based time (sometimes later, and varying on weekends). We aren't here to flame, so preferably someone chill and open to constructive criticism of each other, so we can bring out the better parts of each other and improve our gameplay. There's always room for improvement. We aren't gonna give up if we have a losing streak. We're gonna look back on our mistakes and improve, and aim for AT LEAST platinum 5, but with enough time and cooperation as well as practice, we can easily get diamond. As much as people may think there is, there isn't much of a skill cap between gold and diamond 5. It's a matter of making less mistakes and good shot calling. AKA practicing and getting better every day. Either leave a message here or add me in game and let me know, I play almost daily and am looking forward to ranking up.
