I've been stuck in bronze because of afks and mostly because of adc. I would like to duo with someone thats experienced in league and that would like to help me to ger out of bronze plz. It would be really appreicated

No. your not. your in bronze because your not a good player. and thats perfectly fine. keep in mind that you make mistakes and try to evade them, and youll get better and thereby raise your elo.
by looking at your match history heres something i recognized you could improve:
You dont farm. on junglers you have 2.5 CSpM, on mid/toplane barely 5. thats way too few. i dont know if you just fail at last hitting or you stop farmin midgame, try to find out and improve it.
You die REALLY much. you have between 6.5 and 11 average deaths on your most played champions. this is wayyy too much. again, try to figure out why and improve it
