Bronze 1, Mid/Top Need Duo Partner

I'm looking for a good duo partner that has a clean record and tries to play the same roles every game and stick with some champions. I'm hoping to talk on a chat system of some sort with them as well. I really am just sick of playing with people that feed that have terrible records and i can't trust to get me a win. I would prefer like a tanky jungler. I will again be playing mid/top.
