Making Ranked 5s, Plat Player seeking Bronze/Silver Top, Mid, ADC, and Support for team!

I'm looking to make a competitive team. I am a Platinum Mid/ADC main (highest I reached was 98lp in Plat 1) but in this team, I will acting as Jungler/Shotcaller. I am seeking some Bronze/Silver Players to join the team and work with me to create a strong dynamic. This team will have a designated practice schedule and individual work to improve. There will be a tryout as well.

I am seeking people who are trainable and want to get better, not people who blame everyone else for their low elo. I will work with each player 1-on-1 to help improve individual skill as this team is to have fun and get better together, but I really want everyone to improve in their own individual skill.
