Silver Marksman looking for team

Hey everyone, I'm looking for team or community that is willing to put in effort and practice to develop ourselves, because trying to do that in Solo Q just isn't working. I believe playing in a team environment brings out the best in those who are actually trying to improve. So here I am, searching for that team to get me to the next level. I play pretty much all ADC except for Draven and Vayne, but I'm willing to work on those. I'm 23 years old and my availability for practice days are Tuesday/Thursday nights and anytime on weekends since I'm off. I'm very committed and ready to take the next step, please don't hesitate to add me for further questions, thanks :) IGN: imBuzz Age:23 Role: ADC Top 3 champs: Lucian, Graves and Caitlyn Strengths: Positioning, warding, common sense. Weaknesses: Mechanical errors, tunneling.

Edit: I'd prefer if the team was 18+
