Lf Casuals with a laugh using skype

I have never use this board or forum before so this is my first time using this board. Currently I'm looking for new friends in league due to majority playing alone and random people wishing to play with new friends with skype to have some enjoyment and fun. Currently I only usually play rank game to climb up (currently bronze III from bronze V). I'm just looking for new people with new friends to skype with that I could have a fun laugh and a good time. I know it seems a bit much but if interest, add my summoners name Seiyoshin. Hopefully there's someone would willing to play with.
