XcG - ranked 5s team forming for next season! LF Top, ADC, Jung
Team Xenocide Gaming is looking to recruit for a 5 man team for the upcoming season.
We are an evening/night team between the hours of 10pm until between 1-3am EST. We are a new team, planning to join the competitive scene with Online Tournaments to start. We are building from the ground up. There isn't a coach or an analyst as of yet, we will be responsible for this ourselves until the time comes that we need outside help. We want to develop as a team first and have many practice plans and development strategies to improve our play as a team.

-/- What We Are Looking For -\- We are looking for dedicated players who wish to learn and grow as a team. Someone who will take the team serious enough to make practice times and communicate with the team when they are unable to. We have a 7 day schedule posted above, we don’t expect that you will be able to play with us 7 days a week – that’s not reasonable at this level of play. However, we expect that if you are unable to make it, you let us know.
We will consider players of any ranking who demonstrates good play and knowledge of the game. Someone who will be able to make practices and is a team player.

Once the application is filled out we will contact you for a tryout. Tryouts aren't like the traditional tryouts. We don't care if you don't play 100% perfect. We aren't going to tell you who or how to play for your roles. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Play who you are best with, and if it's a bad game .. so what.
We want to see what you think is important during a game. How you ping, How you communicate, Decision making skills .... Item Builds (as in counter building potential and when to build items) ... we may ask why you built this item over that and see your thought process as to why (hint: mobafire guide isn't always the best answer :-p)
If we lose the game overall, it doesn't matter ... because wins will come with teamwork and practice and learning how to play with one another.
