looking for people for our team

I’m putting together a new ranked 5v5 team to start from the ground up. The team is called Grindstone Esports and currently consists of four people. **EDIT: We are currently looking for a top The goal is certainly not to become the best immediately, as that is an unrealistic goal and I am looking for a well-rounded team that is all relatively even in skill level and is committed to consistency, gradual improvement, and good team cohesion. In order to join the team, there are a few requirements that must be met:

1. Be able to play consistently. There is no schedule currently in place as it will depend on the availability of the final roster. However we will need to be able to play together on a somewhat regular basis to become familiar with one another.
2. Choose which role that you will be filling if you join the team. You will need to demonstrate a reasonably sufficient level of competency with your main role.
3. You MUST have some sort of voice chat. Skype is the norm; however Raidcall would also be acceptable. We will play in team voice chat during all games and team discussion outside of games.
4. You must be a team player. Getting frustrated is expected and understandable, but excessive raging will not be tolerated. When the shot caller has been determined, you will be expected to learn to follow the shot caller’s orders for the sake of the team’s cohesion (or as the shot caller, be able to organize the team effectively). You will also be expected to both ACCEPT and GIVE constructive criticism. If you’re not part of the team’s planning and game analyses or are not able to accept or consider suggestions and criticism, the team’s cohesion is in jeopardy
5. You’ll have to play a few trial games with me and/or my other teammate in order for us to determine if you are a fit for the team. If you are never able to pull your own weight, and do not show a positive, progressive attitude, proper team dynamics, and sufficient mechanics and decision-making, you will not be invited to join the team.

Current or previous season final rankings: (whichever might help your cause more) I am looking for a skill range that is around High Bronze – Low Gold. Too much of a skill gap may cause a lack of team cohesion and, therefore, will be limited as much as necessary.
