I'm the guy that exposes people for pretending to be smurfs, get used to it. You found an account that has been inactive to try to claim, by comparing your statss to his it is obvious that the account you claimed to be your main is actually an account a real diamond player used as a smurf while yours is a bronze/silver account and has been for a few years now.
