Gold top laner LF team

I tried to make my own team but its not working. Im not that aggressive type of person and no one listens. So i want to try joining a team. I would like a serious team that wants to improve and listens to shot calls that trust one another. During the game i like it to be serious on taking a win outside of game we can have fun joke around and maybe talk about what we did wrong in the last game to improve as a team. I don't want a team that will quit after playing our 5 games to get ranked. If we get placed in bronze o well lets see what we can do to improve and make that climb its not hard. I rather have a team that no one is below silver 3. I like to play more of the tanky top laners with a little bit of liss every now and then if we do a ad mid laner. I alway run teleport just so we can make great plays as a team. Willing to learn and grow. No raging tho. I have a mic and is willing to get whatever the team has for communication i.e teamspeak, vent, skype....

My work schedule /school any time after that ill be willing to play....my schedule is changing next week to this

Sunday-6am-10pm est Monday-2pm-10pm est Tuesday-2pm-10pm est Wed-6pm-10pm est Thursday-6pm-10pm est Friday-6pm-10pm est Saturday-6pm-10pm est (i sleep at work for the next day) (add 30/40 mins for travel)

(pretty much looking for a late night group from 11pm till 3 or 4 am...)

p.s if you need other champions I'm willing to go play a couple of normal games and practice that champion more to better the team.
