Love the game, but struggling to improve. Helpppp.

Gold III player that really wants to improve. I'd like to atleast hit plat, maybe even clinch onto the small hopes of Diamond this season. I mainly play top and jg, but enjoy mid as well although im not great at it. Kinda struggling to improve and if anyone wanted to help me out it would be great. Could respond here or add my main account on league (KingPooDoo). Wont be on for about 6-7 hours bc im at work, but will be on all night.
