LF Duo Partner to get out of bronze hell

Was silver 3 last season and climbing hard to gold. Relegated this season to bronze and now it is impossible to climb. I need a RELIABLE and CONSISTENT duo partner who rarely feeds. I am a solid player who can play anything (Jung is best though)
