Looking to start a team [Bronze-Silver]

Looking to start a team I'm currently Bronze 2 in solo queue. All I ask is that if you play do not go on tilt mid game because you get ganked and just try your best to win and close out games when we can instead of throwing. I have decent shot calling, and my goal is to get into Gold 5's with this team.

Roles I'm looking for Jungle - Someone who plays utility tanks and can be on the front line and make good calls, or be the assassin we need ~~Top - Tanks/Bruiser players who can force a favorable engage when fighting for objectives ~~ Mid - A good mid laner with a decent champion pool Support - Good support that can peel in fights and properly lane

I will be ADC I'm not afraid to make calls I know what I'm capable of and when I should just back off, so I want other confident team mates who don't tilt and want to win.
