Plat 3 Mid/ADC/Jungle Main Looking for Plat+ team

Been struggling ever since dynamic queue came out. I mostly soloQ in ranked and duo once in a blue moon with some friends. I'm tired of solo and i'm looking to join a team.

I can play every role other than top. I mostly play the roles i've listed in title, however, i can also play support pretty well. I would prefer to play ADC or mid, but do not mind jungling either.

I can play most the meta champs for all the roles i play and can pick according to our team comp. Would prefer a rather serious team, but one that understands that losses happen and will look to improve. As for my play schedule, i'm rather flexible. I'm available almost every night after 9pm-1 or 2am EST. Tues/Thurs I'm available almost the entire day but would prefer to play 5pm-1am. I'm also available some mornings as well.
