Gold 4 LF some Coaching

Currently at Gold 4 and play any role. I would like some coaching cause after a break from the game I feel like I make some consistent mistakes during games or not playing at the potential I know have been before. I would like someone experienced in higher elo to maybe practice with me or coach up some games I play and give me some feedback that will help my play style.
