New ranked 5 team, Lost Radiants, LFM players in Silver/Gold

I am seeking players to fill out the roster of a new team I am forming named Lost Radiants.

1. Treat your team mates with respect
2. Show up on time for scheduled events
3. Have a microphone, and be willing speak using Team Speak, or Curse Voice
4. Be a level 30 player that is ranked Silver +

ABOUT ME AND WHAT I WANT FOR THIS TEAM

I am a 39 yo guy who works full time and has a family.

I have been playing League since the end of Season 1. I prefer support, and have a large range of champions I play. I have made gold twice but usually stay around silver 1.

I am looking to have a group of people I can play with regularly, have some good and probably bad times with, have fun, and hopefully increase in skill with.

I am a tech guy, and once we get the team up and running I will lease a Team Speak server, and setup a website on my domain for the team.

I can set aside 2 hours a night 5 days a week for this team. I am waiting till we get an active team to finalize required practice/match days but the hours should be between 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM CST (GMT-6).
