LF to join a team- Silver V looking to try and get Gold

Hello all, I've been wanting to get to gold for some time now, but once I get going moving up the ELO ladder, I just drop right back dow, that is why im looking to join a team and get to gold, I'm a good jungler and mid laner. I can do any role but I'm best at those roles. I'm very active on the game so you will see me on everyday. I have very good communiaton skills and headset so no need to worry about that.
