Looking for a duo Partner to get to gold

So last season I placed in Silver 3(had about a month left when I started so not much got done) and I was hoping to get at least gold 5 this time around I can play top support and jungle and somewhat adc, any lane really just dislike mid anyhow I can communicate decently but tend to be a chatterbox(for shame) anybody willing to help a guy out? either way have fun and good luck on the rift
