Creating Serious Ranked 5's Team, Diamond +

Looking to make a serious 5's team that will practice 4 times a week and do tournaments on the weekends. Must be Diamond or have been diamond from last season (will be checked). If you cant commit to practice times then you will be replaced. Will be looking for a coach and analyst also. Fill out this app so I have some idea of who you are. Looking for all roles BESIDES mid. Also no ragers. We will have a analyst and you will be critiqued. Have to be able to take it and learn from it.

A good understanding of the game and meta. Watch our scrims and give feedback after each match. Talk to each player about what they can correct and put in place optimal strategies. Scout the teams we will be playing in tournaments and give us their main champs.
